Ｒ８はシャッターダイヤルと セレクトレバー 巻き戻しノブやレバーが、ペンタ部からのボディラインに埋没した機能美。
最初は手に持つとゴロンとした塊の様で、違和感があるが慣れて来ると、手放せなくなる。それだけ人間工学に優れているのだろうか？
R7の丸みを帯びた柔らかなボディが好きです。特にペンタ部分にかけての女性的なラインは美しい。
使いこんだＲ３は黒と言うより、ガンメタの様になって来て、カメラと言うより武器のような存在になって来ている。
こうして見て来ると、新旧世代交代をしてはいるが、ＬＥＩＣＡロゴ周りのデザインは一貫して引き継がれてきている。
